An off-street facility on the south and west sides immediately adjacent to City Hall has been designated for authorized City vehicles and the vehicles of City employees only. Such restrictions apply twenty-four hours per day. Anyone having official business within City Hall may use these restricted areas for a period not to exceed one hour except where access has been otherwise limited by posted signs.
