(a) Effective July 1, 1975, the Ohio Traffic Code permitted traffic to turn right on a red signal after stopping at all intersections where such right turn would have been prohibited.
(b) Following is a list of intersections in the City at which a right turn on red shall be prohibited and which shall be so marked by an appropriate sign, such prohibition being limited during school days only from the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.:
West Martin and North Lake Street
Harris School at South Lake Street
St. Joseph Drive and Cleveland Avenue
Washington and Cleveland Avenue
Elyria Avenue and Shupe Street
Milan Avenue and Lake Street.

(c) The off ramps only at Route 2 and 58 shall be no right turn on red between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

(d) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
