Amendments to the Traffic Control Map shall be made by regulations of the Director of Public Safety or Council pursuant to Sections 305.01 through 305.08, inclusive. Upon the effective date of such regulations and upon the erection of proper signs and markings giving notice thereof, amendments shall be in full force and effect. All such amendments shall be recorded on the official Traffic Control Map.
