1338.27 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.

(a) The City of Amherst Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by Chapter 1125 of these Codified Ordinances.

(b) Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed at the Building Department, 480 Park Avenue, Amherst, Ohio 44001. (Ord. 21-13. Passed 3-8-21.)
