(a) In addition to the application fee, an annual fee shall be paid to the City for each small cell facility attached to a municipally-owned wireless support structure. The annual fee shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00). Beginning five (5) years from the approval date of this ordinance, and every five (5) years thereafter, the fee for each application shall increase automatically by ten percent (10%) of the application fee for the preceding five (5) year period rounded to the nearest five (5) dollar amount.
(b) The first-year attachment fee shall be paid when the collocation is complete, and no later than January 1st each year thereafter. The first-year attachment fee shall not be prorated, regardless of the date that the collocation is complete.
