(a) Members representing the three (3) Council At-Large positions shall be elected at the regular Municipal election in the year 2021 for a term of four (4) years and every fourth year thereafter for a term of four (4) years.
(b) Members of Council for each of the City’s four (4) Wards shall be elected at the regular Municipal election in the year 2021 for a term of two (2) years. At the regular Municipal election in the year 2023, the Ward members of Council shall be elected for a term of four (4) years and every fourth year thereafter for a term of four (4) years.
