(a) Attached to Ordinance 99-14 and made a part hereof as if fully rewritten herein is a Sexual Harassment Policy which the same be and hereby is adopted by the City which shall apply to all employees, elected and appointed officials and boards of the City.
(b) A copy of this policy shall be disseminated to all employees, elected and appointed officials and boards and the City will provide this policy to all new employees, elected and appointed officials and boards upon their arrival at the City for employment.
(c) Informational sessions concerning the policy so as to ensure that all employees understand the City’s commitment to eliminating sexual harassment in the work place shall be held within ninety days after the adoption of this Sexual Harassment Policy.
