175.11 WAGES FOR SEASONAL, PART-TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES.
   (a)    All seasonal, part-time, temporary employees of the City and any temporary employee holding the office of Secretary to the Mayor for any period commencing October 16, 1981 and ending January 7, 1983, excluding uniformed employees in the Police Department and Fire Department as provided by separate ordinance, shall be paid the Federal minimum wage prevailing at the time of their employment.
   (b)    All seasonal, part-time, temporary employees of the City and any temporary employee holding the office of Secretary to the Mayor for any period commencing October 16, 1981 and ending January 7, 1983, excluding uniformed employees in the Police Department and Fire Department, shall not be paid under any classification or wage scales established by the Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO.
