175.10 PREVAILING WAGE COORDINATOR.
   (a)    The duties of a prevailing wage coordinator, as defined in Ohio R.C. Chapter 4115, including all record keeping requirements are hereby assigned to a regular full-time employee of the City at no extra pay for such employee and to be maintained as a part of his job description. Such employee shall be designated by the Mayor.
   (b)    The duties as required by Ohio R.C. Chapter 4115 of the position of the prevailing wage coordinator shall terminate if and when applicable State law changes or is repealed which terminates the need for such position within Ohio municipalities.
   (c)    The service provided to individuals or persons or corporations by the employee assigned the duties of prevailing wage coordinator, shall be at no charge for such service.
