If an application for a license or renewal of a license is denied, or if a license is revoked or suspended, the applicant or licensee may appeal such action to the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City. Written notice of such appeal shall be filed with the Board within ten (10) days after the date of the Building Inspector's order. The Board shall hear the appeal within forty-five (45) days of the date the notice of appeal is filed. At the hearing, all interested parties shall be afforded the opportunity to be heard. The Board shall approve, modify or annul the order from which the appeal has been perfected, and the finding of the Board shall be final with respect to all parties.
