717.08 RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
   Every sweepstakes terminal café license shall be renewed annually in accordance with the requirements of this chapter. At the time of the renewal, the applicant shall file with the Building Department a statement that all information listed on the original application for the license is still complete, accurate and truthful to the best of his or her knowledge, or a statement listing any and all changes since the original application. The statement shall be signed by the original signers of the original license application. The Director of Public Safety and Service and Police Chief shall make recommendations to the Building Inspector whether to accept such renewal statement and renew the license or whether to require a new application pursuant to this chapter, and the Building Inspector shall renew the license or require a new application consistent with their recommendations.
