In lieu of enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this chapter, the City of Amherst or its Designated Representative or Agency may impose upon a violator alternative compensatory actions, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek cleanup, etc.
