163.03 RECREATION BOARD POWERS ASSUMED; ACCOUNTS COMBINED.

(a) All the powers and duties of the former Recreation Board under Chapter 161 are hereby vested in the Board of Park Commissioners under this chapter.

(b) The accounts as listed in the annual appropriation measure and budgets hereby are combined into one account being that of the Board of Park Commissioners.
