161.01 ESTABLISHED.

(a) A Downtown Coordinator Board is hereby established consisting of five members to be selected as follows:

(1) One member of the Amherst City administration to be appointed by the Mayor.

(2) One member of the City Council to be appointed by the President of Amherst City Council.

(3) Three members to be members of the Amherst Downtown Business Association to be selected by the Amherst Downtown Business Association.

(b) Members shall be selected on an annual basis with vacancies to be filled by the appointing person or association.
