(a) Qualifications of the City Engineer are established as follows:
(1) Possessor of Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering;
(2) Approximately three years of work experience in municipal corporation duties, responsibilities and functioning as a City Engineer.
(b) Duties, responsibilities and functions of the City Engineer shall be determined henceforth.
(c) The City Engineer shall determine work policies relating to other employees of the Department of City Engineering.
