A registrant whose registration has been suspended or revoked may appeal such order of suspension or revocation to the Board of Zoning Appeals. Appeals shall be made in writing and filed with the secretary of the Board of Zoning Appeals not later than thirty (30) days after the receipt of the notice or order. The appellant may be represented by counsel at his own expense. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall permit the appellant and the Building Official to call witnesses and introduce competent testimony pertinent to a hearing of appeal. The Board of Zoning Appeals may affirm, reverse or modify any decision taken by the Building Official.
