   135.29 DISABLED PARKING FINE FUND.
   (a)   There is hereby established Fund 266-1600-41613 “Disabled Parking Fines” with two line items.
   (b)   The fine moneys received by the City from the Oberlin Municipal Court shall be deposited in said fund.
