135.22 GENERAL PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT FUND.

The Auditor of the City is hereby authorized and directed to create on the books and records of the City a fund entitled General Permanent Improvements Fund from which fund moneys may be expended for permanent capital improvements for the City.
