135.19 DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATION FUND.

(a) The Auditor is authorized and directed to establish a Driving Under the Influence Enforcement and Education Fund pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4511.99(A)(1) to (4).

(b) A portion of fines collected from convictions for violations of Ohio R.C. 4511.19 as provided in Ohio R.C. 4511.99(A)(1) to (4) shall be deposited into such Fund by the Auditor and such Fund shall be used for only those purposes provided in Ohio R.C. 4511.99(A)(1) to (4).
