135.16 STATE ISSUE 2 FUND.

(a) The Auditor of the City is authorized and directed to establish a State Issue 2 Fund for the continuous maintenance and upkeep of streets located within the City.

(b) The Fund shall be established from funds received from the Ohio Public Works Commission for such purposes.
