135.14 PARK TRUST FUND.

(a) The City Auditor is authorized and directed to establish a Park Trust Fund for the continuous maintenance and upkeep of parks located within the City.

(b) The fund shall be established from surplus funds in 1988 together with incoming funds in 1989.
