The Director of Public Safety and Service is hereby authorized and directed to create a new fund to be called the Law Enforcement Special Revenue Fund for the collection of the proceeds from the sale of contraband, unclaimed or forfeited property not retained for law enforcement or public use, as more fully set forth in Ohio R.C. 2933.43 and, further under the provisions of the rulings of the Auditor of the State of Ohio (MAS Bulletin 86-12 and 86-16).
