There is hereby established a fund for the collection of moneys from vehicle registration tax to be known as the Street Maintenance and Repair Permissive Tax Fund of the City, under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 5705.12, which fund shall be designated and separately set aside by the Auditor on the books and records of the City.
