   135.07 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FUND.
   (a)   There is established a fund for improvement to the Wastewater Treatment Plant of the City as provided in Ohio R.C. 5705.12.
   (b)   The proceeds, including all income thereon, from the sale of notes in anticipation of issuance of bonds for improvement to the Wastewater Treatment Plant shall be paid directly into the fund for the improvement of the Wastewater Treatment Plant of the City as established in subsection (a) hereof.
