135.04 MONTHLY REPORT TO COUNCIL OF INCOME AND EXPENDITURES.

(a) Each month the Auditor shall furnish to Council, a complete report of all income and expenditures received or disbursed by the Auditor’s office in the preceding month.

(b) Such report shall be forwarded to the Clerk of Council within seventy-two hours preceding first Council meeting of each month.
