(a) There is hereby created the office of full time Deputy City Auditor.
(b) The full time Deputy City Auditor shall be appointed by the City Auditor and shall perform the duties of City Auditor during his or her absence or disability, in accordance with Ohio R.C. 733.19.
(c) The normal work week of the full time Deputy City Auditor shall be forty hours per week. The full time Deputy City Auditor shall be available for duty each day during the year, except that he/she shall be entitled to the vacation and other days off as provided by Council.
(d) The full time Deputy City Auditor shall be entitled to the benefits applicable to his/her position established by Council to the extent not inconsistent with this section.
