(a) The salary of the Mayor shall be as provided by Council from time to time. Council notes that such salary is based on its intent that the position of Mayor be a full-time position.
(b) Vacations. The Mayor shall be entitled to three weeks (120 hours) of paid vacation per calendar year.
(c) Medical Insurance. The City shall provide and pay for a comprehensive major medical insurance plan for the Mayor, including a deductible of $200.00/single and $400.00/family, and $80/20% co-insurance payments to $2,000/single and $4,000/family. Council acknowledges that the premiums for such coverage may from time to time change, by way of increase or decrease, and finds and determines that such nevertheless shall be viewed as part of the set compensation of the Mayor and not as an increase or decrease in compensation during term.
(d) Reimbursement of Expenses. The Mayor shall be reimbursed for his reasonable and actual expenses incurred in the course of performing official duties as Mayor. Those expenses include, without limitation, mileage (at the then applicable rate for City employees), travel expenses (including meals), and other such legitimate expenses.
