(a)
The City adopts and incorporates as part of the Amherst Codified Ordinances, as if fully rewritten herein, that certain code known as the Ohio Fire Code, current Edition, as published in Chapter 1301:7-1 et seq., of the Ohio Administrative Code, as the same may from time to time be amended or replaced.

(b) Any ordinance and/or resolution in conflict with subsection (a) hereof is repealed to the extent of such conflict.
