339.14 FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY REGULATIONS.

The City does hereby adopt, for enforcement purposes, the most current Federal Motor Carrier’s Safety Regulations, including any technical references, revisions or amendments, this being Title 49, parts 40, 325, and 350 to 399 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
