(a) All meetings of the Board shall be held in public facilities that are accessible to all members of the community. Upon request, printed materials and reports of the Board must be available in alternative format (tape, Braille or large print) for persons with visual impairments. Given 48 hours notice by a prospective attendee with a legitimate need, a sign language interpreter must be available at any/all meetings of the Board.
(b) For the purpose of conducting official business, five (5) members of the Board shall constitute a quorum and all official action requires a majority vote of the members present. (Ord. 02-31. Passed 4-8-02.)
