Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter or refuses to comply with a subpoena issued under this chapter shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for such offense. Each day’s violation or refusal to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
