(a) The terms of members of the Board shall be as follows: The terms for the Chairman and Vice Chairman shall be two years. The terms of the other members shall be three years, except for the initial appointments, which shall be as follows: one member shall be appointed to a one year term; one member shall be appointed to a two year term; and one member shall be appointed to a three year term.
(b) Appointments to the Board shall be such that a majority of the appointed members (i.e., three members) shall be persons covered under the Act as defined in 28 CFR 35.104 or immediate family members of such persons (e.g., father, mother, brother or sister).
(c) There shall be no limits placed on the number of terms an individual may serve on the Board.
(d) Members of the Board shall serve without compensation, but may be reimbursed for any real and actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as members of the Board.
(e) All meetings of the Board shall be held in facilities that are readily accessible to all members of the general public and meet the standards set forth in the ADAAG.
(f) All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public and conducted in compliance with all legal requirements, including Ohio R.C. 121.22.
