121.11 NOTICE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PROCESS.
   (a)   Council shall be notified in writing no less than thirty days before negotiations on any/all collective bargaining agreements are set to commence. Said notification shall include a copy of any existing bargaining agreements between the City and the bargaining unit(s) and the name(s) and contact information of any individuals to whom the mayor intends to delegate the authority to bargain on behalf of the City.
   (b)   The President of City Council or their designee shall be notified of any bargaining sessions at least five days in advance of said session and be permitted to attend all bargaining sessions.
   (c)   Once the changes in existing contracts or other issues to be raised in negotiations are clear, the Mayor, the Law Director and any professional labor negotiator retained by the City for these negotiations shall meet with City Council in Executive Session as provided for in Ohio R.C. 121.22(G)(4) for the purposes of appraising Council of the status of negotiations and receiving input from Council on the issues being negotiated.
   (d)   The Mayor, the Law Director and any professional labor negotiator retained by the City for these negotiations may request additional meetings with City Council in Executive Session for the purpose of seeking advice during the collective bargaining process.
   (e)   An executive session attended by the Mayor, the Law Director and/or any professional labor negotiator retained by the City for these negotiations, shall be held within fourteen days prior to the conclusion of negotiations for the purpose of informing Council of the terms and conditions likely to be contained in the final version of a negotiated collective bargaining agreement.
