(a) The Building Inspector shall forward to each member of Council, each month, a list, by address and name of all commercial, industrial and multi-family building permits issued each month.
(b) The Planning Commission shall forward to the Clerk of Council, all plans of commercial, industrial and residential subdivisions as required by the Planning and Zoning Code, Part Eleven of the Codified Ordinances.
