1353.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Housing Code or with any of the requirements hereof or any regulations hereunder shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each and every day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
