Whoever constructs, reconstructs, alters, changes, or demolishes any exterior feature of any structure, work of art, object, or area in violation of this chapter, or whoever maintains, changes, or installs a sign in violation of this chapter, shall be deemed in violation of the Zoning Code. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate and distinct violation for as long as one (1) year with respect to alterations and for as long as two (2) years with respect to demolition.
