1339.03 PLOT PLANS; ON-SITE INSPECTION.
   (a)    The following information shall be shown on the plot plans of any swimming pool to be constructed:
      (1)    Drawings shall be on a scale of one inch equals ten feet and six copies of such drawings shall be furnished to the Building Department at the time of application for the building permit;
      (2)    Elevation of pool, relative to outlet for waste water; drawings shall show how waste water is to be disposed.
         A.    Minimum side yard clearance shall be five feet to the outer edge of walkway or boardwalk bordering the pool from the lot line.
         B.    Minimum rear yard clearance shall be five feet to the outer edge of walkway or boardwalk bordering the pool from the lot line;

      (3)    Pool depth;
      (4)    Pool piping;
      (5)    Location of filter;
      (6)    Pool volume in gallons;
      (7)    Turnover in hours;
      (8)   Size of filter;
      (9)    Type of filter; and
      (10)    Capacity of pump.

   (b)    The Building Inspector shall inspect the site before issuing the building permit for the swimming pool. If the site is undesirable for a pool, the Building Inspector shall notify the owner who may appeal his case to the Board of Zoning Appeals, which may request the City Engineer to make an on-site inspection and recommendations. Any cost involved shall be paid by the applicant for the building permit.
