121.01 POWER TO SUBPOENA.

(1) Council and any subcommittees of Council are authorized through the presiding officers of such Council and subcommittees to issue subpoenas to compel witnesses and the production of books, papers and other evidence at any meeting of Council or any meeting of any subcommittee of Council.
