1337.07 PERMIT PROCEDURE FOR MOVING EXISTING STRUCTURES.
   (a)   Whenever a residential, commercial or industrial building is to be moved from one location to another, whether on the same parcel of land or different parcels, the owner, or a duly authorized person contracted to move such structure shall first make application to the Building Official for a building permit in accordance with the building permit fee schedule contained in Section 1337.04.
   (b)   The application for a building permit to move an existing structure shall contain the following:
      (1)   Applicants name and address.
      (2)   Contractor employed to move the structure.
      (3)   Estimated date(s) that the structure will be moved.
      (4)   Location on which the structure is presently located and the location on which the structure is to be moved.
      (5)   Public roads or other City owned property over which the structure will be moved.
      (6)   List of property owners adjacent to the current structure location and the proposed structure location.
   (c)   Upon receipt of an application for building permit as provided in subsection (b) hereof, the Building Official shall, within five (5) business days of the receipt of such application:
      (1)   File the application with the Board of Zoning Board Appeals.
      (2)   Forward written notice of the filing of such application to the Police Department, Superintendent of Utilities, Safety Service Director and any other public utilities which may be affected by the issuance of such permit.
      (3)   Forward notice of the filing of such application, by certified mail, return receipt requested, to all property owners adjacent to the current structure location and the proposed structure location.
   (d)   Upon filing of the application as provided herein with the Board of Zoning Appeals, the Board shall assign the matter to be heard at its next regularly scheduled meeting not more than thirty (30) days after the filing of such application; provided, however, that no hearing on the application shall be held until all adjacent property owners have received written notice as provided above more than seven (7) days prior to such hearing.
