1337.03 PERMIT REFUNDS.

If a building permit is cancelled or revoked, no permit fee refunds shall be issued unless authorized in writing by the Building Official. If a refund is issued, fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be retained for services in addition to any plan review fees.
