107.01 RETENTION OF PRINTED MATERIAL.

No elected City official, or person appointed by a City official, shall retain or refuse to return to the Clerk of Council any printed material purchased by the City, including, but not limited to, legal books and the Codified Ordinances of the City of Amherst.
