(a) The City adopts and incorporates as part of the Amherst Codified Ordinances, as if fully rewritten herein, that certain code known as the 2017 Ohio Energy Code as published in Chapter 4101:1-13 et seq., of the Ohio Administrative Code and adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards or any successor organization, as the same may from time to time be amended or replaced.
(b) Any ordinance and/or resolution in conflict with subsection (a) hereof is repealed to the extent of such conflict.
