In a C-1 District land may be used for, and buildings may be erected, altered or enlarged for, the following:
(a) All uses permitted in a C-1 District together with their accessory uses.

(b) Grocery stores.
(c) Drug stores.
(d) Flower shops, variety and gift shops, book or stationary stores.
(e) Barber shops, beauty parlors, photographic studios, shoe repair shops, dressmaking, tailoring and pressing shops and radio repair shops.
(f) Motor courts, motel, restaurants or tourist homes.
(g) Nursing homes, lodges, funeral parlors.
(h) Office of a church, or a social or welfare group. Office of a doctor, dentist, attorney, architect, engineer, real estate broker, agent, insurance company or a public utility.
