1105.17 FILING FEES.
   Filing fees for documents submitted to the Planning Commission are as follows:
   (a)   Fee for approval of deed for recording - one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus engineering and legal fees.
   (b)   Residential Subdivision Plats.
      (1)   Preliminary subdivision plan submitted for study - one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), plus one hundred dollars ($100.00) per lot, plus engineering fees or legal fees.
      (2)   Final subdivision plan submitted for study - one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), plus one hundred dollars ($100.00) per lot, plus engineering fees or legal fees.
   (c)   Commercial Subdivision Plats. Fees for business or commercial areas - three hundred dollars ($300.00) plus one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per lot plus engineering fees or legal fees.
   (d)   The minimum fee for review of construction drawings by the Planning Commission shall be:
      (1)   For residential - one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) plus fifty dollars ($50.00) per sheet plus engineering and/or legal fees.
      (2)   For commercial - three hundred dollars ($300.00) plus seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per sheet plus engineering and/or legal fees.
   (e)   Planning Commission Fees for Residential and Non-Residential shall be:
      (1)   For rezoning requests - one hundred dollars ($100.00).
      (2)   For lot split requests:
         A.   Engineering and legal - one hundred dollars ($100.00).
         B.   Planning Commission - one hundred dollars ($100.00).
      (3)   For commercial building:
         A.   Engineering and legal - one hundred dollars ($100.00).
         B.   Planning Commission - one hundred dollars ($100.00).
      (4)   For curb cuts - one hundred dollars ($100.00).
      (5)   For change of use - one hundred dollars ($100.00).
