1105.06 RELATIONSHIP TO ZONING.

Whenever a proposed subdivision is located in an area that is zoned under the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapters 713 or 519, it shall conform to the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance, Title Five, Chapter 1121 et seq., except as specified in Section 1105.05.
