1103.28 SUBDIVIDERS-DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT.

"Subdividers-developers agreement" means an agreement by and between a subdivider and/or developer and the City and the Board of County Commissioners, if they are involved, that sets forth the manner in which the subdivider and/or developer agree to proceed with the construction of public improvements and the disposition of lots in the subject subdivision.
