1101.05 RIGHTS OF WAY ALONG MAJOR THOROUGHFARES.

Prior to the approval of the Planning Commission for a deed split or subdivision pursuant to Chapter 1107 of the Codified Ordinances, on any piece of real estate abutting a major thoroughfare as identified in the Major Thoroughfare and Comprehensive Plan, the right of way along such major thoroughfare as designated shall be dedicated for public use and maintenance.
