935.06 FIRES OR CAMPFIRES.

(a) Fires shall be permitted in a park only in a fireplace, a charcoal burner, or in special areas designated by the Park Director for campfires or for fire-building training by organized groups.

(b) No person shall start a fire in a park and leave the vicinity of the fire without first extinguishing the fire.
