(a) Facilities shall be used for their designated purposes only.
(b) Hardball shall be played only in community parks on diamonds established for that purpose.
(c) Organized sports teams shall practice and play scheduled games only on diamonds or fields in community parks established for that purpose.
(d) Open meadows in any neighborhood or community park may be used for informal softball, touch football, soccer, or similar games.
