931.01 DUMPING OF GARBAGE PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall dump any garbage at the City Dump. In addition to the penalty provided in Section 931.99, any person who dumps garbage at the City Dump shall be denied further use of the City Dump.

(b) As used in this section, “garbage” means putrescible animal and vegetable waste resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and consumption of food.
